Just got a house so I was really cautious in finding someone to get my garage roof done and to level out some gutters. Orlando was straight up, the price was great, and he got everything done efficiently and in a very timely manner. Was recommended by someone I trust, and I would trust Orlando to do any work to my home, and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a great, honest, upfront contractor.

Orlando and his crew installed three new pillars on our front porch. As the job progressed they kept us informed to get our input. The month of May was challenging with all the rain but Orlando and his crew persevered. The crew cleaned up the work area each day before they left. The finished job looks very good.

We had an estimate from Orlando to get some work done after he made a temporary repair. When he came back, he said the temporary repair was working fine and we didn't need any additional work. He also cleaned out our gutters and did a few extra things for us. We ended up paying less than the initial estimate and got some additional work done as well. We appreciate his honesty and will call him when we need additional work done.

I needed a new roof and White's was recommended. I called for an estimate and Orlando came that same day. He was very professional and was able to start the job the following week. As it turned out the roof had many issues hidden under the shingles; two sets of shingles, rotted wood. Also had bad and missing leaf guards. He worked with me to keep the costs manageable. His crew was prompt both days, very professional and cleaned up everything like they were never there. Highly recommend White's General Contracting.

A strong storm ripped a bunch of shingles off our roof. Plenty of storm damage in the area so we weren't the only ones. Fortunately our insurance agent's office recommended White's....and good thing they did; we called some companies who were in our immediate area and they didn't even call back. White's did. And good thing they did because more storms were coming, our roof's shingles littered the neighborhood and the holiday weekend was approaching with the holiday being on Monday. Orlando checked the damage, had the quote sent and even though we were yet to commit to the quote agreed to have someone apply a very professional and durable patch of shield over the problem area....in extreme heat.....after normal business hours....on a Friday before a long holiday weekend. Needless to say we were very relieved because of the weather forecast called for plenty of rain. We ultimately arranged for the roof to be replaced. The shingle selections were many and the scheduling was great. The crew did a great job and Orlando personally checks the quality of work. We are happy we did business with them and we are sure you will be too.

Orlando and his crew replaced our entire roof over the course of two and a half days. The price was very reasonable, the work done was great, and Orlando was very responsive to any questions I had during the process. He even followed up a couple times after the job was done to make sure that I was still happy and that the roof was holding up well during a period of very heavy rain. My wife and I chose Orlando for tree trimming and power washing our siding. Out of 3 quotes, Orlando was the most comprehensive and most competitively priced (included tree removal and clean up, others charged additional). Orlando contacted us A WEEK prior to the originally scheduled date because he wanted to fit us in earlier. My wife and I were blown away at the quality of Orlando's work. The trimming was long overdue. During the power washing, we were informed that the paint was low quality and it started flaking. A huge mess was created and to make matters worse, a huge rain storm came through that day. Orlando and his team continued to work through the rain to complete the job. 2 days later, without asking, Orlando came back and took the time to clean the mess. He and his team continued to sweep until I gave them the approval of satisfaction. Orlando stands by his work and will not leave until the customer is happy. Orlando is our only choice for additional house projects in the future.

Orlando and his team of workers came on time and performed the work we previuosly discussed as per the contract. Orlando actually stopped by my property during the previous weekend to be sure he had a good idea of the work his team needed to do first thing Monday morning. They came early, took the old roof off in the morning and installed the new one in the afternoon. I would only be sure to ask, especially if you have small kids, that they go over the debris one more time, since they left some old nails around the yard. But the roof looks very good, and so far it seems it will last for many years to come, or so we hope for. I highly recommend Orlando´s services if you are planning on chaning your roof.

I had to get a new roof installed on my house very quickly so the buyer could get the FHA loan approved. The first guy I called did some repair work on my other house before but could not get this job done in a timely manner. He referred me to a 2nd person who never returned my call. I did some research online and found White's roofing and noticed the high rating. I called Orlando and explained my situation. Within a hour he looked at the house and gave me a quote. He told me he would have to see if he could work this job into his schedule. He got back to me and said he would rearrange things to get the job done. In spite of several days of rain, Orlando was able to complete the entire job within 8 days of me first contacting him. He offered suggestions as to what color shingle to use and also used a 30 yrs shingle ! The quality of the work was excellent and gave a 5 year guarantee on the workmanship and said he would honor the transfer of this to the new owner. I could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend White's roofing !!!!

I had gone through six contractors before finding White's online. Each of the first six contractors either didn't show up, quoted too high an estimate and one even took a deposit and then never did the work. Of course I was skeptical but Orlando met all my expectations. He came to give an estimate the same day I called him. We signed a contract the next day. The work was done in a timely manner. The next day I had some questions about the work and he called me back right away and answered them. The work was to fix a leak on my roof and I waited a few weeks to write this review, and I'm happy to say that after several rain storms and a snow storm, my house has stayed dry. I will use White's again in the future.

Orlando and his crew did an amazing job on our Commercial Remodel. We were built on a Marsh land always taking in water. They stopped all water coming in. I will use them for all my personal and Business projects.

I was given Orlando's contact as a recommendation since it was raining in my kitchen whenever we had precipitation. He showed up in the evening, since that was a time convenient for me. He was super courteous about my home each time he was here. His crew came this past Monday. In a mark of true honestly and integrity, he thought (upon seeing the roof in the daylight) that the issue was minimal (shingles not tucked under the flashing). I asked that he just proceed as planned, and we're both glad he did. Turns out, the last time the roof was done, they just laid new shingles over old. So he and his guys pulled it all off and started fresh. Done in one day, and they left everything clean. Even swept the kitchen floor from the debris that fell (plaster from the leak spot inside). I left them access to the house when I left for work, and he secured everything before they left. Yesterday it rained hard all day, and my kitchen stayed nice and dry for the first time in months I didn't have to have a bucket on the floor. I highly recommend White's for all the reasons someone needs this style of work. He's courteous, clean, professional, really well priced, local, and above all- honest. He cares that his work is good and solid, and stands behind that.

If you need your roof fixed or replaced- Orlando White is very trustworthy, fair and conscientious. Without knowing what surprises may lie under my 30+ year roof, he was willing to work with me if major repairs were in need. Fortunately only one board needed to be replaced, which had been causing it to rain in my dining room. Although I was not home to see his team work on my roof, I did watch them work on the roof across the street; they worked as a team, I watched them problem solve with civility, and they were all conscientious of the surrounding landscape/plantings. There was never any yelling, arguing, or negative energy flowing from the site. My new roof was up and keeping me dry within a day and a half! No umbrellas with dinner anymore. :) Orlando is also on board to help me possibly milk-out some more time with my hot water heater, before having to buy a new one. I would recommend him as an honest and fair local contractor. He'll be heading to my dad's house to inspect some possible siding repair work.
